The Teacher FreedomBLUEPRINT

Cohort-based coaching

A clear place to work through the money questions.

Both programs give you structure, support, and a private group of peers. The difference is how much time you want to spend moving from a first review to a fuller picture of your options.

4-week cohort
A focused start

Find the leaks and create breathing room.

The 4-week program is the entry point for teachers who want a focused reset. You will look at where your money goes, name the patterns getting in the way, and leave with a short action plan you can use right away.

  • Weekly lesson and guided workbook work
  • Coaching session to talk through the work
  • Private community with other experienced teachers
  • A practical action plan for your next month
12-week cohort
A fuller journey

Understand the picture and build your options.

The 12-week program gives you more time to work through each part of your financial picture. You will connect the pieces, clarify your priorities, and create a grounded view of what staying, pivoting, or retiring on your own timeline could look like.

  • Weekly lessons and guided workbook work
  • Regular coaching sessions for questions and momentum
  • Private community with other experienced teachers
  • A clear action plan for the next chapter

How a cohort works

You bring your real life. We bring a place to sort it out.

01

Learn

Get one plain-language lesson at a time. No need to be good with numbers.

02

Work

Use the workbook to look at your own numbers and choices without judgment.

03

Talk

Bring questions to coaching and share the process with a private peer group.

What to expect each week

A short lesson. Guided workbook prompts. A coaching conversation. One practical action to take before the next session. The work is steady and personal, but you will never be asked to share more than you want to.

Questions, answered

Before you choose

How long are the programs?+

The focused cohort runs for 4 weeks. The fuller cohort runs for 12 weeks. Both include weekly lessons, workbook work, coaching sessions, a private community, and an action plan.

How much time should I set aside each week?+

Plan for about 60–90 minutes for the lesson and workbook, plus time for the coaching session. You can make the work fit your week; consistency matters more than doing it perfectly.

What if I am not good with numbers?+

That is okay. This work is about understanding your own picture in plain language. You do not need a finance background or advanced math skills.

What happens after the program ends?+

You leave with your completed workbook, a clear action plan, and a better view of your next steps. You will know what to revisit and which questions to take to the right official or professional resource.

How do I know which program is right for me?+

Choose 4 weeks if you want a focused first step. Choose 12 weeks if you want more time to connect the pieces and work through your options. If you are unsure, book your Money Leak Review and we can talk it through.
